What the website does not do
It does not issue permits, guarantee monastery reception, collect payment or promise an unchanged itinerary.
How changes are recorded
Status changes, messages and administrative actions are recorded in the audit history attached to the enquiry.
How documents are handled
Requested files are uploaded through the private portal and stored as private R2 objects, not public media links.
